What’s in it for you?

When they engage Simplicity to manage their properties, a monthly fee is charged on the rent collected. We will share the recurring fees charged with the real estate negotiators.

What do you need to do?

  1. Refer and sign up clients for property management services.
  2. Perform property inspections 2 times a year (It’s easy. We will guide and train you).

Here’s what you earn.

We charge property owners 7% from the gross rental or RM250 per month, whichever is higher.

You will earn 2% from the gross rental or RM70 per month, whichever is higher.

= 60 properties x 2 inspections per year
= 120 inspections per year

Total man days

Total inspections per year x duration per inspection
= 120 inspections x 30 min each
= 60 hours per year
= 7.5 man days per year

Earnings per man day

= RM64,800 / 7.5 man days
= RM8,640 per man day
