When they engage Simplicity to manage their properties, a monthly fee is charged on the rent collected. We will share the recurring fees charged with the real estate negotiators.
What do you need to do?
- Refer and sign up clients for property management services.
- Perform property inspections 2 times a year (It’s easy. We will guide and train you).
Here’s what you earn.
We charge property owners 7% from the gross rental or RM250 per month, whichever is higher.
You will earn 2% from the gross rental or RM70 per month, whichever is higher.
